Unraveled Terms of Use

Welcome to Unraveled, a mobile app designed to tell the real stories of basketball through players, teams, and culture. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our app and services (“Unraveled”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By signing up for or using Unraveled, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Unraveled. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. While we do not specifically target users under 18, we do not restrict access to youth users interested in sports.
2. User Accounts
- You must create an account to access Unraveled features.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, phone number, and email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use Unraveled only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm, disrupt, or misuse the platform or its community.
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts.
- Reverse engineer, duplicate, or interfere with the app.
- Use Unraveled in any way that violates local laws or regulations.
- Violate the rights of other users or third parties.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, designs, and content in the app are owned by Unraveled unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
5. Supabase and Third-Party Services
Unraveled uses Supabase as its backend service provider to store and manage user data. Supabase processes your data according to their privacy policy, which you can review here: https://supabase.com/privacy.
We may also integrate data or services from third-party providers to enhance app features. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
7. Disclaimer
Unraveled is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the app or its content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unraveled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app or Services.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
